How do I contact FrontierMind?
Use the Contact page for questions that require a staff response, including account-specific, contractual, editorial or payment matters.
How do I submit a book proposal?
Use Submit a Proposal on the public site. Once received, the proposal enters an initial editorial assessment before any invitation to submit a full manuscript.
Does submitting a proposal guarantee publication?
No. Submission, peer review, payment or an Open Access request never guarantees acceptance. Publication decisions are based on editorial and scholarly assessment.
How can I track my project?
Sign in to your author workspace. The project status shows the current stage, requested actions, messages and available files.
How are revisions handled?
Revision requests, reviewer comments and deadlines are shown in the project workspace. Upload the revised files and response material through the requested revision action.
Where can I access a purchased book or chapter?
After a successful order, use your FrontierMind account and secure download entitlement. Do not share private download links.
How do refunds work?
Refund eligibility depends on the order circumstances, access status and applicable consumer rules. Where a refund is approved, the payment status and invoice/credit documentation are updated accordingly.
What is the Book Editor responsible for?
For edited works, the Book Editor coordinates chapters, contributors and scholarly quality, supports review and revision, and works with FrontierMind staff. FrontierMind retains final publication responsibility.
Can a Book Editor see confidential reviewer information?
Access depends on the configured review model and permissions. Confidential reviewer identity or internal staff notes must never be disclosed unless the workflow explicitly permits it.
Can a FrontierMind book be Open Access?
Yes, where agreed for the project. The applicable licence, funding and any publication charge are confirmed before publication. Payment never influences editorial acceptance.
How do I accept a review invitation?
Open the invitation from your reviewer workspace, check the deadline, confirm that you have the required expertise and complete the conflict-of-interest declaration before accepting.
Are manuscripts confidential?
Yes. Manuscripts, review materials and editorial communications are confidential. Do not share them or upload them to unapproved external AI services.
